This Policy applies only to information collected at this web site. Introduction & Personal Information

RED respects your online privacy and recognizes your need for appropriate protection and management of your personally identifiable information ("Personal Information") that RED acquires in your use of RED’s web site. RED may collect Personal Information from you; if RED does, you will be expressly asked for it so that you know what information you are providing. If you register for a research report on our web site, RED will collect your name, company, e-mail address and phone number. RED also collects non-Personal Information as described below.

Upon your written request, RED will allow you to review any of your Personal Information that you disclosed to us, except for any Personal Information that is collected in connection with or in anticipation of any claim or legal proceeding. If you discover any inaccuracy, please let RED know so that appropriate corrections can be made. You can advise of such corrections by sending an email RED keeps Personal Information for an unlimited time period. However, you can have your Personal Information deleted from RED’s marketing databases.
